Responsibilities:
Customize vehicles by installing customized parts, products and reprogramming the computer.
Create new programs by using Mat-lab, digimaster and other programs, and inspect customized vehicles and design mechanical works on vehicles.
Program auto computer and adjust the power and stability of vehicles.
Evaluate vehicle mechanical and electric mechanical systems and products by designing and conducting research programs; applying principles of mechanics, thermodynamics, hydraulics, heat transfer, and materials.
Communicate with customers and collect the requirements from the customers.
Responsible for productivity, safety, writing estimates, and working with customers.
Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective services.
Responsible for analysis and designing a more efficient method and mechanical tools for mechanics.
The worker will also design a database and analyze the vehicle stability.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
2 years of experience as a Mechanic Manager in the automotive industry.
Must be proficient in (1) installing customized parts and products; (2) reprogramming the computer; (3) creating new programs by using Mat-lab and Digimaster; (4) designing databases and analyzing the vehicle stability.
Understand the principles of mechanics, thermodynamics, hydraulics, heat transfer, and materials.
